Rosmil Realty is a company borne out of the hard work of Rosauro and Tessie Millan. It started as a hardware company in 1973, when Mr. Millan, after having worked in the corporate world for several years, decided to strike it on his own by opening up a hardware business in Rosario, Pasig, Rizal.

Mrs. Millan or Tessie, as she is called, was also dabbling in real estate on the side by selling subdivision lots. For her commission, instead of getting it in cash, she had them applied as down payment for lots in the same subdivision. Before long, she was able to acquire a substantial number of land.

A good friend advised the couple to venture into build and sell, since the hardware store is a perfect fit in the business. To push them towards making this decision, they were gifted two architectural designs for them to construct. Without any experience, they had these designs built in Pasig Green Park Village in 1981, and thus was born Rosmil Realty and Development Corporation.

As their small inventory of houses were sold, new houses were being built on the various properties scattered in Pasig Green Park. It soon became apparent that they were selling houses faster than they were able to acquire lots.  Since then, Rosmil has built and sold numerous houses inside and outside of Pasig, and has also ventured into leasing, as demands changed throughout the years. Rosmil also recently went into a Joint Venture with Golden Haven for the construction of an 11-Hectare Memorial Park in Antipolo to be completed by 2027. The company is also in the works of putting up its first commercial building in the near future.

Mr. Millan passed away in 1996, and Tessie has continued running the business, ably supported by her children. The values of hard work have been passed on.
